Our Engineering service is primarily responsible for implementation of products from our technology partners.

3. Operations
Our Operations service is primarily responsible for providing managed services around the products we implement on a SLA basis. On occasion, if we can add value, we provide Operations services to environments with pre-existing technology footprints.
Operations includes two aspects:
Technology Operations
Managed services around technology platform and issues including L2 & L3 support during business hours, Optional 24×7 operations packages, continuous improvement, integrations, small enhancements with periodic insights and recommendations
Process Operations
We undertake the business side of Operations and run certification and compliance campaigns. Based on the area of Operations, we may run patch management, user access request, etc.
